Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST).


Payment in full is required at time of booking and must be received prior to travel. Payment must be made in Australian Dollars. Please contact us for Bank Account details if paying by direct deposit. Please note that credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 1.5% of the payment amount. Paypal transactions will incur a surcharge of 1.5% of the payment amount. (These charges are to offset the cost of acceptance of these payment types.)


Tour Times

Our tours operate to Australian Eastern Standard time.


Whilst we will make every effort to have you back at your hotel at the time indicated, this may be affected by traffic and/or weather conditions, which are beyond our control.


Tour Changes

Tour dates may be changed up to 48 hours prior to departure for a fee of $50.00 per person.


Prestige Day Tours reserves the right to cancel tours, change routes and itineraries or substitute vehicles without notice if required. We may sometimes have to substitute a different attractions due to unforseen circumstances with our suppliers. Under these circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule, if possible, or provide a full or partial refund or gift certificate for use at a later date. We reserve the right to cancel tours during adverse weather events if we consider that conditions are too dangerous.



You may be entitled to a partial refund depending on how much notice you give us.

  • With 7 days notice prior to departure you will receive a full refund,
  • 2 to 6 days notice prior to departure 50% of the fare is refunded,
  • If you provide us with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation – no refund is given, but we will be happy to reschedule your tour or provide a gift certificate for use at a later date.

    Please be on time for your departure as there are no refunds if you miss your pickup. We cannot wait longer than 15 minutes beyond pick up time, as this may impact other guests.



Prestige Day Tours does not accept responsibility for any losses, injury, death, damage, or delays. While we will make every effort to keep our guests and their belongings safe, we recommend that our guests hold adequate travel insurance before the tour.


Prestige Day Tours has full Government Accreditation as a Tour Operator and carries Business Liability, Public Liability and CTP Insurance as well as Professional Indemnity Insurance.


Minimum Numbers

Our Small Group Tours operate with a minimum of 2 passengers for a confirmed departure. Tours may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met.

If this happens you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

Private Tours and Private Charter are not subject to minimum numbers.


Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date printed on the Gift Voucher. They are not redeemable for cash. Please contact us if you wish to transfer the Gift Voucher to another person or seek an extension. (A small fee may apply). 


Please Note: For tours that visit local wineries, all guests must be 18 or over.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I need to cancel my tour?

You may be entitled to a partial refund depending on how much notice you give us. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our full Cancellation Policy.


What if it rains on the day of my tour?

As long as the weather conditions are not considered dangerous, tours operate as normal during periods of rain.


What if I miss my collection or sleep in?

Please be on time for your departure as there are no refunds if you miss your pickup. You should be at the pickup point at least 10 minutes prior to the advised departure time of the tour.


Do I have to make a reservation?

Yes, it is always best to make a reservation either online or by phone. This way you are guaranteed a seat on the tour and will receive departure information and we can finalise your payment.


Can I change the date of my tour?

Tour dates may be changed up to 48 hours prior to departure for a fee of $50.00 per person. Refer to our Terms & Conditions.


If I have checked out of the hotel, can I bring my luggage?

No, we are sorry we cannot take luggage on any day tour. Day Tour vehicles do not have a luggage compartment and by law we are not allowed to carry luggage in the passenger compartment. You will need to make arrangements with the hotel you have stayed in. Most have a luggage room and we can drop you back there at the conclusion of the tour.


Can I bring my own food?

All of our tours include restaurant lunches as well as morning tea and chilled water and snacks in the vehicle. If you need to bring anything else along for specific dietary requirements, our vehicles are equipped with Waeco fridges. We do however request that you do not consume food and drinks (other than water) in our vehicles.

What should I bring?

You should wear your normal travel clothes and we recommend wearing enclosed shoes such as sports shoes.  A waterproof jacket or umbrella is always a good idea. Sunscreen is a must in our climate at all times. A hat, insect repellent, and a bottle of water are also recommended. The mountain regions can be up to 10 degrees cooler than Brisbane, so something warm is advisable on cooler days.


What is included in the cost of the tour?

Hotel pickup and drop-off from central Brisbane or Gold Coast hotels. Morning tea and lunch as well as entry fees to stated attractions unless otherwise specified as optional. We also provide chilled water and snacks in the vehicle on all our Small Group Day Tours and Private Tours.


Where do you pick up from?

We can pick up from your hotel or private accommodation, Transit Centre or Cruise Ship Terminal within Brisbane City at no extra cost.  We can also pick up from Gold Coast hotels for some of our tours. When contacting us let us know where you want to be picked up from. Please contact us if your pickup location is outside these areas.



Do you have a minimum number for tours?

Our Small Group Tours are subject to a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 6 guests per vehicle. Contact us for rates for Private Tours or hourly rates, which are not subject to a minimum number of guests. We can carry up to 14 passengers for Private Tours or Charter.
