Pick up from Gold Coast hotels is also available for our Brisbane, Tamborine Mountain, Springbrook and Byron Bay Tours, at no additional cost.
Pick up from Sunshine Coast hotels is also available for our Sunshine Coast Tours at no additonal cost.
We can even arrange transfers between these locations as part of your tour!

Pricing for all of our tours is All Inclusive. This means that morning tea and lunch are included in the cost of your tour, as well as drinks and snacks in the vehicle. Entry fees to stated attractions are generally included unless specified as an optional extra in the itinerary, e.g. Scenic Helicopter Flights.
We recommend that you wear enclosed, comfortable walking shoes, bring a hat and wear sunscreen while on our tours. We carry drinking water, sunscreen and insect repellent on board for your comfort and convenience.
Please note: The itineraries outlined are flexible and can be modified slightly to suit the requirements or requests of each group. Some tours have a selection of inclusions to choose from and are not meant to be fixed itineraries. If you only have time for a half day tour, we can tailor this for you from the listed itineraries for each region, depending on travel time. Please contact us for pricing for half-day tours or tours to other destinations.
Tours are generally operated subject to a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 6 guests per vehicle for Small Group Day Tours. We can however accommodate up to a maximum of 14 guests between 2 vehicles for Private Tours and multi-day tours.

COVID-19 SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST).
Prices quoted are valid to 31st March 2021.
Payment in full is required at time of booking and must be received prior to travel. Payment must be made in Australian Dollars. Please contact us for Bank Account details if paying by direct deposit. Please note that credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 1.5% of the payment amount. Paypal transactions will incur a surcharge of 1.5% of the payment amount. (These charges are to offset the cost of acceptance of these payment types.)
Our tours operate to Australian Eastern Standard time.
Whilst we will make every effort to have you back at your hotel at the time indicated, this may be affected by traffic and/or weather conditions, which are beyond our control.
Tour dates may be changed up to 48 hours prior to departure for a fee of $50.00 per person.
Prestige Day Tours reserves the right to cancel tours, change routes and itineraries or substitute vehicles without notice. Under these circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule, if possible, or provide a full refund or gift certificate for use at a later date. We reserve the right to cancel tours during adverse weather events.
You may be entitled to a partial refund depending on how much notice you give us.
We ask that you please be on time for your departure as there are no refunds if you miss your pickup. We cannot wait longer than 15 minutes beyond pick up time, as this may impact other guests on the tour.
Prestige Day Tours does not accept responsibility for any losses, injury, death, damage, or delays. While we will make every effort to keep our guests and their belongings safe, we recommend that our guests hold adequate travel insurance before the tour.
Prestige Day Tours has full Government Accreditation as a Tour Operator and carries Business Liability, Public Liability and CTP Insurance as well as Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Our Small Group Tours operate with a minimum of 2 passengers for a confirmed departure.
Private Tours and Private Charter are not subject to minimum numbers.
