Prestige Day Tours offers Private Tours and Private Charter 


We will collect you directly from the Cruise Ship terminal, Brisbane Airport or Brisbane City Hotels.

Pick up from Gold Coast hotels is also available for our Brisbane, Tamborine Mountain, Springbrook and Byron Bay Tours, at no additional cost.

Pick up from Sunshine Coast hotels is also available for our Sunshine Coast Tours at no additonal cost.

We can even arrange transfers between these locations as part of your tour!


Upgrade any of our Small Group Tours to an exclusive Private Tour for the following additional flat fee:

2 passengers:  add $495.00

3 passengers:  add $375.00

4 passengers:  add $249.00

5 or more passengers:  Free Upgrade!

The first guests to book any of our Small Group Tours will be invited to upgrade to an Exclusive Private Tour if they wish.

You may, of course, request this option at any time.


Mix and match from some of the Small Group Tour itineraries outlined, or maybe you only want a half-day tour. We can tailor a package to your requirements, or make some other suggestions based on your particular interests. Just ask us. We can pick up from Brisbane, Gold Coast or Tamborine Mountain accommodation.


We can also quote on providing full transportation for travellers visiting the region over several days.


We can offer a choice of a Mercedes Benz V250 8-seater van or a Volkswagen Tiguan Comfortline 132TSI sedan. Both vehicles are luxuriously appointed to ensure your comfort all day long.


Prestige Day Tours' Private Charter is a limousine-style service and is ideal for: 

  • Shore excursions to Brisbane, Australia
  • Tour or family groups visiting Brisbane (including children aged over 6 months)
  • Corporate group transfers or team-bonding events*
  • Transportation to and from a venue for a special occasion sporting event or concert

Half Day - up to 5 hours - $550.00


Full Day - up to 9 hours - $990.00


Minimum charge is $550.00 (for up to 5 hours) and $110.00 per hour (or part thereof) up to a maximum of 9 hours. *Excess hours incur much higher rates.

Private Charter is available 7 days a week (subject to vehicle and driver availability).



  1. Minimum Private Charter charge is 5 hours. Maximum is 9 hours.
  2. Price is based on a continuous charter which begins at your requested vehicle arrival time in Brisbane CBD and ends at your pre-booked and pre-paid time / location or return to your pick-up point (whichever is the later).
  3. If initial pick-up point is outside a 10 kilometre radius of Brisbane CBD, additional charges may apply.
  4. Pricing includes unlimited distance, unlimited number of pick-ups and unlimited stops.


No other inclusions generally apply with Private Charter options.

However, we would be happy to tailor a package to your groups' individual requirements or interests with or without inclusions, as required. Just ask us!

  • Due to closures of some of our suppliers, all tours are subject to final confirmation 24 hours prior to travel.
  • If tours need to be cancelled due to Prestige Day Tours being unable to offer the tour due business closures beyond our control, we will offer you a full refund or gift voucher/travel credit for use at a later date.
  • You may be asked to complete a COVID-19 declaration prior to being permitted to board our vehicles (details will be held for a period of 56 days to assist with contact tracing, if required).
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying flu-like symptoms or fever.


Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). 

Prices quoted are valid to 31st March 2021.


Payment in full is required at time of booking and must be received prior to travel. Payment must be made in Australian Dollars. Please contact us for Bank Account details if paying by direct deposit. Please note that credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 1.5% of the payment amount. Paypal transactions will incur a surcharge of 1.5% of the payment amount. (These charges are to offset the cost of acceptance of these payment types.)



Tour Times

Our tours operate to Australian Eastern Standard time.

Whilst we will make every effort to have you back at your hotel at the time indicated, this may be affected by traffic and/or weather conditions, which are beyond our control.


Tour Changes

Tour dates may be changed up to 48 hours prior to departure for a fee of $50.00 per person.

 Prestige Day Tours reserves the right to cancel tours, change routes and itineraries or substitute vehicles without notice. Under these circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule, if possible, or provide a full refund or gift certificate for use at a later date. We reserve the right to cancel tours during adverse weather events. 




You may be entitled to a partial refund depending on how much notice you give us.

  • With 7 days’ notice prior to departure you will receive a full refund,
  • 2 to 6 days’ notice prior to departure 50% of the fare is refunded,
  • If you provide us with less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation – no refund is given, but we will be happy to reschedule your tour or provide a gift certificate for use at a later date.

We ask that you please be on time for your departure as there are no refunds if you miss your pickup. We cannot wait longer than 15 minutes beyond pick up time, as this may impact other guests on the tour.




Prestige Day Tours does not accept responsibility for any losses, injury, death, damage, or delays. While we will make every effort to keep our guests and their belongings safe, we recommend that our guests hold adequate travel insurance before the tour.

Prestige Day Tours has full Government Accreditation as a Tour Operator and carries Business Liability, Public Liability and CTP Insurance as well as Professional Indemnity Insurance.
