TOUR HIGHLIGHTS

  • Drive through Brisbane City to view some of Brisbane’s Historic City Buildings and points of interest.
  • Leave the City via Milton Road driving past Suncorp Stadium, XXXX Brewery and Toowong Cemetery.
  • You will have  up to 2 hours free time to spend at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Morning Tea will be at this location. Hand feed the kangaroos, wallabies and emus or even hug a koala. (Koala Hold Photos are an additional, optional cost as they are subject to availability - from $25.00 p.p.)
  • Enjoy a delicious 2 course lunch (with beverage included) at The Summit Restaurant, Mt. Coot-tha, while enjoying spectacular views over Brisbane City and beyond to Moreton Bay.
  • Southbank Parklands – Ride the Wheel of Brisbane or simply stroll the Arbour or see Australia’s only inner city, man-made beach.
  • Next stop is at Kangaroo Point Cliffs for a different perspective on the City from across the Brisbane River.
  • Travel over the Heritage listed Story Bridge and hear the story of its construction.
  • View Newstead House – Brisbane’s oldest residence (time permitting).
  • View Brisbane's cultural heritage museums** (subject to availability).

Return to  your ship in time for your departure or to your City or Gold Coast hotel.

    Larger Group Touring

     

    Mitsubishi Rosa Deluxe 25-seat minibus

     

    For groups of 8 to 20 passengers who wish to travel in the same vehicle, Prestige Day Tours will utilise a modern, air-conditioned minibus.

     

    This option is available for most of our Small Group itineraries, and will have the same inclusions, but with two dedicated Tour Hosts on-board to ensure the day runs smoothly.

     

    This option provides for a lower per-person cost. Minimum group size is 8 passengers. Advance bookings only.  Contact us for a quote.

    TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Prices

    Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). 

    Prices quoted are valid 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020.

     

    Payment in full is required at time of booking and must be received prior to travel. Payment must be made in Australian Dollars. Please contact us for Bank Account details if paying by direct deposit. Please note that credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 1.5% of the payment amount. Paypal transactions will incur a surcharge of 1.5% of the payment amount. (These charges are to offset the cost of acceptance of these payment types.)

    Tour Times

    Our tours operate to Australian Eastern Standard time.

    Whilst we will make every effort to have you back at your hotel at the time indicated, this may be affected by traffic and/or weather conditions, which are beyond our control.

    Tour Changes

    Tour dates may be changed up to 48 hours prior to departure for a fee of $50.00 per person.

     Prestige Day Tours reserves the right to cancel tours, change routes and itineraries or substitute vehicles without notice. Under these circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule, if possible, or provide a full refund or gift certificate for use at a later date. We reserve the right to cancel tours during adverse weather events.

    Cancellations

     

    You may be entitled to a partial refund depending on how much notice you give us.

    • With 7 days’ notice prior to departure you will receive a full refund,
    • 2 to 6 days’ notice prior to departure 50% of the fare is refunded,
    • If you provide us with less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation – no refund is given, but we will be happy to reschedule your tour or provide a gift certificate for use at a later date.

    We ask that you please be on time for your departure as there are no refunds if you miss your pickup. We cannot wait longer than 15 minutes beyond pick up time, as this may impact other guests on the tour.

    Liability

    Prestige Day Tours does not accept responsibility for any losses, injury, death, damage, or delays. While we will make every effort to keep our guests and their belongings safe, we recommend that our guests hold adequate travel insurance before the tour.

    Prestige Day Tours has full Government Accreditation as a Tour Operator and carries Business Liability, Public Liability and CTP Insurance as well as Professional Indemnity Insurance.

    Minimum Numbers

    Our Small Group Tours operate with a minimum of 2 passengers for a confirmed departure. Tours may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met.

    If this happens you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

    Private Tours and Private Charter are not subject to minimum numbers.
